Have you ever wondered how would we look like if we were turned into Anime?
The images in this gallery have been generated by a very complex neural network resembling real people’s faces.
The network’s name is U-GAT-IT which means “Unsupervised Generative Attentional Networks with Adaptive Layer-Instance Normalization for Image-to-Image Translation“, but take it easy, you don’t need to remember this (but if you are brave enough you can try to understand how it works:).
Basically this network turned those people into japanese anime!
Yes, they became japanise anime just like Goku and Vegeta.
Can you recognize some of them?
(Probably, one day I’m going to write a post explaining how to get this results but it is quite complicated to understand and it will require a lot of time!)
